Milken Was A Victim of
Non-Objective Law

Dear Editor,
Re: "Now Everything is Milkenized"--by Terence Corcoran--Oct/03/95--The
Globe and Mail
I'm glad that Terence Corcoran decided to inject some reality into the otherwise
distorted picture of Michael Milken that the media, in general, has managed to perpetrate.
We hear a lot about victims these days but little or nothing about the businesspeople
who are victims of vicious and non-objective laws such as "insider trading"
or "antitrust" laws.
Such laws are purposely fluid and contradictory in order to allow power-lusting bureaucrats
and envy-ridden "special interests" the unbridled power to terrorize and
prosecute, at whim, creative and successful businesspeople. Report on Business would
do the world a big favour by dedicating regular space to exposing the tyranny of
non-objective corporate laws and their many victims. The potential benefits that
everyone would derive from rescinding such laws and rewarding productive genius instead
of punishing it are enormous.
Sincerely,
Glenn Woiceshyn
